Refining Mill
This mill can be built in stainless steel for special applications.
Frame
Electro-welded structure in thick ribbed sheet metal. It is made up of two articulated housings on hinges, giving the widest possible access to wear parts. Hydraulic opening from PFD7/7 onwards to support the rotor, frame armouring, calibration grid or shredding harrow, depending on the work to be carried out.
Grids
Made from thick, perforated sheet steel to suit the grain size required.
Rotor
- A steel alloy shaft
- Discs turned and keyed on the shaft
- 4 steel alloy hammer shafts
- Assembly supported by two spherical bearings
- Heavy special steel alloy or 12/14% manganese hammers
